My story? Here’s just a little bit about how Kasbo’s Market began….
After 13 years in a stable but stunting corporate job, I decided the time had FINALLY come for me to pursue my true calling. Making cheese! Yes, that’s right, cheese. But not just any cheese, Syrian cheese, or “Jibneh” for those in the know.
Let me start by telling you a little bit about myself. I came to the U.S. with my family as a toddler from Aleppo, Syria. Yes, that Aleppo. The one you’ve heard about and seen on the evening news. I’m a proud Syrian American and I’m very excited about sharing a traditional Middle Eastern staple with you.
