As a Registered Dietitian and self proclaimed foodie, I give Kasbo's Market Jibneh my highest recommendation. Its relatively low moisture content makes this a supremely meltable cheese that can elevate any simple sandwich to the next level. Whether paired with a sweet spread (fig or apricot are my first choice) or alongside a delicious piece of perfectly ripe seasonal fruit, Jibneh is a mouthwatering and healthy source of protein and calcium. -Jody W.
